Dear friends,

I had shared account with WestNIC about 2 years ago. I decided to go elsewhere because WestNIC stopped supporting default catch-all aliases and Cpanel addons (scripts built in Cpanel). I signed up with different hosting company who provided all features, even shell access for shared accounts. You have no idea how wrong was I… My accounts were down for hours every single WEEK! More to say, I paid yearly and when I requested full refund, they told me that 15-day money back guarantee had expired! I was really disappointed.

I called WestNIC and explained my terrible situation. Russell, WestNIC sales representative, was very patient, friendly and helpful. He offered me personal discount, default catch-all, free scripts via Fantastico archive and most importantly, free site transfers from previous host. All my websites were transferred overnight. Thank you all for great support and absolutely incredible uptime! I am more than happy now.
